
Serves as a shelter of operational area for various technology equipment, e.g. telecommunication, monitoring, communication, interlocking apparatus, etc. which don´t need permanent control by a man. The RAN N/6-EURO-MERKUR container is destined for installation in demanding conditions and places with difficult access, as for example on building roofs or lofts, built up industrial areas, in open-air terrain with difficult access, etc. Also the container construction is modified according to the container destination.
The construction of the container frame is whole-metal and single elements are to be mounted together. For the sake of the container service life increasing is the metal construction of the container frame protected by galvanisation - galvanisation layer thickness is 80 źm. Also all the connection elements of the single container parts - screws, rivets - are galvanised exclusively. The container weight was reduced in order it doesn´t cause excessive load of the roof constructions, mainly of permanently inhabited buildings. All the critical parts of the container construction , that means internal insulation, inner and outer jacketing are made of non-flammable materials in order the container conforms ČSN 73 0843 - Fire safety of constructions - connection objects.
Single parts of the supporting frame are made of bent steel profiles. The basic part of the frame consists of a vertical container web and a longitudinal and transversal edges. Single construction elements of the container are to be bound by the help of inter-boards by hexagonal screws M 16. Dimensions of all assembly container frame parts are designed in the way in order to transport them easily to the place of installation by common lifts or manually. Also all the floor bars and roof beams are to be mounted to the supporting structure by the help of screws M 16 with nuts. The web construction enables installation of 4 pcs antenna holders with the height 8 m. There are erection openings in the upper edge of the container lateral side for the screwing up of the upper protection roof frame against falling objects, may be for fixing of wooden beams of the inclined roof in the case it´s necessary to case the container by another material. The container is resistant against the wind speed up to 180 km/h.
Is created by ORSIL board of mineral wool, th. 60 mm and a PVC-foil as a steam protection. The outer wall consists of galvanised corrugated sheet metal, th. 1 mm. The panels of the internal walls conform to ČSN 73 0843 - The fire safety of constructions - connection objects and they are created by casing them by the non-flammable material - GRENAMAT "B" (Protocol No. Z-6.079-98 on the non-flammability test, Protocol on the flame spreading, No. Z-7.040-99).
Is equipped with a special door with two locking mechanisms and FAB safety lock insertion, which can be locked and unlocked by one key type. The main lock at the door handle has got a two-point-locking mechanism. The upper lock is an one-point locking mechanism. The door is equipped with special pins on the side of the hinges, which, after the door is shut, are inserted into the door frame and this way they prevent the door unhanging of the shut door wing. Altogether the shut door is provided with seven-point securing. The door is equipped with an internal insertion against accidental breaking through.
There are holds for erection of brackets for the AC-unit installation in the frame of the front container side above the door. It is necessary to state and specify the AC-unit type in the order. The outer cover, protecting the AC-unit against mechanical damage, will be inserted on the bracket.
Consist of bars of "I" shape. The bars are aligned evenly in the lower frame in the way to secure the basic floor carrying capacity 1000 kg/m2 max.. The floor itself consists of water-proof plywood panels, th. 21 mm. Antistatic PVC is laid on the floor as the floor covering. Copper strips, creating an antistatic net under the covering, have a common outlet for the central grounding terminal in the lower corner beside the main door of the container. The internal insulation of the floor is created by ORSIL board of mineral wool, th. 80 mm and a PVC-foil as a steam protection. The outer bottom side (the container bottom) is created by stripes of galvanised sheet metal, th. 1 mm. The container bottom is protected by a special abrasion-proof colour.
Consists of metal beams. The internal insulation of the roof construction consists of ORSIL board of mineral wool, th. 80 mm and a PVC-foil as a steam-proof protection. The outer insulation consists of water-proof plywood, th. 10 mm and of an outer smooth sheet metal jacketing by a galvanised sheet metal, th. 0,55 mm. The rain water drainage is solved by a free flow in the periphery of the container walls. The internal panels of the ceiling conform to ČSN 73 0843 - The fire safety of constructions - connection objects and they are created by casing them by the non-flammable material - GRENAMAT "B" (Protocol No. Z-6.079-98 on the flammability test, Protocol on the flame spreading, No. Z-7.040-99).
The roof construction of the container for its application in a terrain is protected by a hot-dip galvanised frame with 3 whole-metal grids in galvanised execution against falling objects (ice, tree-branches, etc.).
