The basic supporting element of the container is created by a solid welded closed supporting frame. Particular frame parts are made of steel S355. They are made of bent profiles of sheet metal, thickness 4 mm. From the point of view of statics the frame is designed in the way in order triple container stacking is possible (ground floor + 2 storeys). There are anchoring openings for handling with the container by the help of a crane in the lower and upper corners of the container frame. By request cross sockets for handling by the help of a high-lift truck can be made in the floor. There are vertical PVC-pipes with diameter of 50 mm as a standpipe for water from the container roof in the corners of the supporting frame.
The floor frame consists of transversal beams of I profile and longitudinal U channel beams to which the floor is attached by the help of self-drilling screws. As standard the floor frame is sized for the carrying capacity of 250 kg/m2. As standard in the office containers the Cetris board, th. 22 mm is being delivered as the floor board. As standard there is the insulation thickness of 100 mm (ORSIL mineral wool), by request it is variable according to the requirement for the value k of the heat transmission. A foil, th. 0,5 mm is an integral part of the floor as a moisture stop. Standard PVC flooring, th. 1,5 mm is used as the floor covering. There are PVC fillets at walls round the floor. By request carpets, ceramic paving or casted surface materials can be delivered as the floor coverage.
Outer walls consist of closed galvanized little frames the thickness of which varies depending on the outer walls insulation. In the standard execution the insulation thickness is 80 mm (ORSIL mineral wool). By request the insulation thickness can be changed depending on the required value k of the heat transmission. Plastic foil as the moisture stop, th. 0,5 mm is a component part of the insulation of the outer wall. As internal wall facing laminated chipboard, th. 10 mm of white colour is being used as standard. By request laminated chipboard in design according to the requirement can be delivered, eventually the wall facing can be provided by gypsum wallboards or fibred gypsum wallboards (KNAUF, FERMACELL systems). Also ceramic facing materials can be applied to the walls. On the basis of the vertical wall construction of these manufacturers RAN company has elaborated a system of the cross-sections of outer walls in dependence to the required fire resistance. The outer facing of the container walls is made of corrugated sheet metal, th. 0,55 mm – wave depth 10 mm, width 60 mm.
The roof frame is created by transversal bars of U channel and longitudinal bars of U channel to which the internal facing of the container ceiling is attached by self-drilling screws. The floor carrying capacity is 150 kg/m2. In a standard case the container roof is isolated by thickness of 100 mm (ORSIL mineral wool). By request the thickness of the roof insulation can be modified depending on the requirement of the k value of the heat transmission. Plastic foil, th. 0,5 mm as the moisture stop is the integral part of the insulation. In a standard execution laminated chipboard of white colour, th. 10 mm is used as an internal wall facing. By request laminated chipboard in design according to the requirement can be delivered, eventually the facing can be provided by gypsum wallboards or fibred gypsum wallboards (KNAUF, FERMACELL systems). On the basis of the construction of horizontal walls of these manufacturers RAN company has elaborated a system of cross-sections of outer walls in dependence to the required fire resistance. The outer facing of the container roof is made of corrugated sheet metal KOB, th. 0,55 mm – wave depth 50 mm.
Rain water draining from the roof has been solved by rain water spouts in fronts of the containers and a corner standpipe. From the roof itself the water drains off in particular waves of the roof KOB sheet metal.
For creation of particular rooms in the container the system of inner partition walls is used. The partition walls are insulated by ORSIL mineral wool, th. 40 mm. The supporting frame of the inner partition wall consists of wooden prisms 40x40 mm. The inner partition walls facing is provided by white laminated chipboard, th. 10 mm in standard execution. By request the partition walls can be faced by gypsum wallboards or fibred gypsum wallboards (KNAUF, FERMACELL systems). Also ceramic facing materials can be applied.
In the containers plastic windows with 4-chamber-profiles are fitted as standard. The double windows simple windows (double- and single flap, with air terminal unit). The windows are in rotary-tipping execution. The windows filling creates the insulating double-glass of the value k = 1,1. The windows are equipped by winding outer PVC shutter. In sanitary parts the windows are being delivered in size of 600x450 mm in tipping execution with insulation by double-glass with ornament decoration. By request the containers can be equipped by windows of dimensions according to the requirement of the project, inclusively the rigid glazing or a sliding window execution.
In a standard case steel door of ZK type of dimensions 800x1970 mm (CSN) or 875x2000 mm (DIN) are being delivered. The door is equipped with a lock with a cylindrical inlay (FAB) and the fitting handle-handle. The door is equipped with a galvanized steel doorframe.
White wooden door with dimensions 800x1970 mm (CSN) or 875x2000 mm (DIN), for sanitary parts 600x1970 mm (CSN) or 625x2000 mm (DIN) are being used as an internal door. The door is equipped with a lock with a conventional key and fitting handle-handle, the door of the WC-cabin with fitting handle-handle with colour distinction: Open-Closed. The door is equipped by a galvanized steel doorframe with white paint.
For request a simple, double door or PVC door, fire-stopping door, etc can be delivered according to the design.
All the containers are sprayed by polyurethane two-component paint (1x primary colour + 2x top coat). The colour execution of the container can be chosen according to the RAL colour scale. One-colour or vari-coloured execution is possible (walls, container frame, door) according to the requirement of the design. The lower container construction (floor) is sprayed with abrasion free polyurethane colour. For request the container frame can be supplied in zinc sprayed execution (metallizing) or hot-dip galvanized.
In a standard case the containers are equipped with electrical wiring as follows :
The wiring itself is provided by wires with Cu core according to the standards of the pertinent country. The cables are lead under the ceiling panel and inside the circumferential walls. Shock protection is realised according to the valid standards by automatic disconnection from the source under completion by current protector. There is an additional bonding in the sanitary parts. Connection among particular containers is provided through an outer socket and connector CEE 400V/32A/5 pins by a cable with movable terminal. An initial revision audit of electrical wiring is worked out to each container.
The sanitary parts of the containers are equipped with usual sanitary equipment of ceramic or stain-less execution :
The water distribution is provided in the direction of the water supply in standard polypropylene pipes or by request in Cu-pipes. The waste piping os made of plastic (PVC – HT system). The pipe-line is distributed at the floor on the lateral walls, by request the pipe-line can be covered.
Container handling is being provided by the help of a crane of weight 8-20 tons (or more) – according to the required length of unloading. Containers are being lifted by the help of ropes, hinged in the container corners. All 4 ropes must be of the same length and the angle among the ropes must be 60°. In case the containers are equipped with handling sockets in the lower frame, the containers can be handled by the help of high-lift trucks of the pertinent carrying capacity and equipped with the handling fork of a suitable length and width. If the container is not equipped with the handling sockets it is prohibited to handle the containers by high-lift trucks.
The containers are being set on a reinforced horizontal base with tolerance ±5 mm. The base can be made of panels, concrete stripes or cubes. The concrete base must be provided, regarding the local conditions, up to the depth which never gets frozen. The width of the concrete base stripes is at least 300 mm. The base must be always provided in the way in order the container construction frame is supported in all the corners, eventually in the middle of the longer container wall as well (at multi-storey buildings). The upper base surface must be provided in the way the water flowing from the corner drain doesn´t flow under the container. The height of the base should be 100 mm minimally above the surrounding ground. It is recommended to consult the base execution with the container supplier. The base area must be taken-over in protocol by a representative of the service department of the container supplier.
It is prohibited to set containers directly on soil or in a direct contact with water or snow. It is also prohibited to heap up the surrounding soil to the lateral walls of the container. When the container is set on the base attention must be paid that the space between the bottom of the floor and the surrounding ground should be 100 mm minimally – because of ventilation. When using circumferential closed stripes particular venting openings must be provided into the base.
The surrounding ground must be modified at the base – jointed in order the rain water drain will be always secured outside the set-up and the water doesn´t flow under the containers, mainly during the winter months whet it can get frozen.
In the lay-out plan of each set-up the spots for power connection, water inlet, water outlet, may be the place of rain water downtakes from the roof of the set-up, or the gas connection or other heating media are designated. These spots must be taken into consideration by the container buyer in his own construction design. For the water outlet PVC pipe with diameter 60-110 mm (according to the sanitary outfit) is being used. The pipeline of the water intake is ended by ¾” thread. The power connection is lead by a cable of particular dimensions into the external switchboard (no standard delivery to the set-up) and from here to the parts of the set-up in individual branches. Connection is possible only through outside sockets and connectors CEE 400V/32A/5 pins. The container frames are equipped with points by bonding with ground ZZ conductor and connection to the central grounding system. The set-up connection for particular media, inlets and outlets must be ordered separately. In case these works are the supply of the container manufacturer pertinent revision report will be worked out for them.
The containers can be stacked on each another in the height and amount of storeys set up by the pertinent static calculation (usually – ground floor + 2 storeys). Stacking up of the containers on each another must be provided by the service workers of the container manufacturer. The containers are being mounted together from the outer side by the help of special screwing fasteners. A special rubber sealing is being inserted between the containers. Internal connection of the walls and the ceiling and the floor transitions are being made according to the production documents of the container manufacturer (insulated wall and ceiling tunnels, floor sheet metals). The assembly must be provided by service workers of the container manufacturer.
Without the manufacturer of the container having been informed no additional openings in the lateral walls or container roofs can be provided.
The containers are designed in the way no special maintenance will be required.
In the framework of the usual maintenance a visual check up of the container roof should be provided 2x a year and the possibly found impurities as fallen leaves etc. should be removed as they could cause blockages of the downtakes. In case of a higher load by snow it is necessary to remove the snow from the roof.
In the course of time it can come to faulty function of windows and doors by effect of the base setting – an additional adjustment must be provided.
When the inner paint is damaged the damaged spot must be repaired immediately by the colour provision, supplied together with the container.
Warm water distributions must be adjusted for the maximal value of 60° C.
In case the sanitary parts equipped with storage water heaters are not being used in winter months they must be discharged. The water must be discharged also before every container dislocation.
Regular venting of the container must be secured in order to prevent moisture accumulation.
Washing of outer walls and of inner rooms mustn´t be done by power water, just by application of usual detergents.
Audit of electrical parts must be provided in intervals specified according to CSN 33 1500.
The manufacturer reserves the right of modification and technical innovations.
