
Are destined as protection shelters for installation of various technology equipment. The construction frame of the container is whole-metal. All the metal parts of the container metal frame are hot-dip galvanised - th. of the galvanisation layer is 80 źm min. Single parts of the supporting frame are produced of bent metal-sheet profiles. The construction of webs enables the installation of 4 pcs of antenna holders with the height of 8 m. The longitudinal and transverse frame edges of the floor and ceiling consist of closed metal sheet profiles. In both frames there are all the necessary floor and ceiling bars welded there. Container walls are equipped with a safety net with meshes approx. 400 x 400 mm against accidental mechanical breaking through of the container walls. The outer jacketing consists of galvanised corrugated metal sheet. The container is resistant against wind speed of 180 km/h.
Insulation of all the walls is created by ORSIL board of mineral wool, th. 20 mm, by PUR board, th. 60 mm and a PVC-foil as a steam protection. The outer wall consists of galvanised corrugated metal sheet, th. 1 mm. The panels of the internal walls are created by two layers of materials. The internal layer, which serves as the casing of the metal structure, is made of CETRIS panels, th. 10 mm and of the outer jacketing of the walls by KNAUF VIDIWALL, plaster chipboard panels, th. 10 mm. The internal walls are provided by a white washable coating in RAL 9010 colour shade.
According to the Protocol No. Z-1.010-99 on anti-fire resistance when heating from the internal side the anti-fire resistance of the container is 45 min.

The frontal container side is equipped with a special door with two locking mechanisms and FAB safety lock insertion, which can be locked and unlocked by one key type. The main lock at the door handle has got a two-point-locking mechanism. The upper lock is an one-point locking mechanism. The door is equipped with special pins on the side of the hinges, which, after the door is shut, will be inserted into the door frame and this way they will prevent the door unhanging of the shut door wing. Altogether the shut door is provided with seven-point securing. The door is equipped with an internal insertion against accidental breaking through. The internal door insulation is created by sprayed PUR foam.
There are holds for erection of brackets for the AC-unit installation in the frame of the front container side above the door. It is necessary to state and specify the AC-unit type in the order. The outer cover, protecting the AC-unit against mechanical damage, will be inserted on the bracket.
Consist of bars of "I" shape. The bars are in the lower frame aligned evenly in the way to secure the basic floor carrying capacity 1000 kg/m2 max.. The floor itself consists of water-proof plywood panels, th. 22 mm. The floor has no internal insulation. There is a "tear" metal sheet laid on the floor. Antistatic PVC is laid on the floor as the floor covering. Copper strips, creating an antistatic net under the covering, have a common outlet for the grounding terminal in the lower corner beside the main door of the container. The internal insulation of the floor is created by ORSIL board of mineral wool, th. 20 mm, by PUR board, th. 60 mm and a PVC-foil as a steam protection. The outer bottom side (the container bottom) is created by stripes of galvanised metal-sheet, th. 2 mm. The container bottom is protected by a special abrasion-proof colour.
